This plan should be clear and easy to implement at home or in the classroom. Make sure all activities and explanations are organized and clear. Follow the easy to read,  informal lay-out of the Sample Sensory Diet . Devise a plan that works for you- choose the information that is necessary in your specific case.
     6. Keep a portfolio or  workbook of the many activities you come
          across for possible use later, or with other children. Can't
          have to many on-hand activities!
